Empire Fashion currently ships to all serviceable locations across India through our trusted
third-party shipping partners.
We Ship To:
● All major cities and towns in India
● Remote and rural areas (subject to serviceability by our shipping partners)
We Do NOT Ship To:
● International destinations (currently unavailable)
● P.O. Box addresses
● Military or diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO)
Note: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not
responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
1.2 Shipping Partners
We work with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of
your orders. Our shipping partners may include:
● Blue Dart
● Delhivery
● DTDC
● India Post
● Ecom Express
● Other authorized courier services
The shipping partner for your order will be assigned based on serviceability and delivery
location. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

2.1 Processing Timeline
Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after order
confirmation.

- Quality check and packaging
- Handover to shipping partner
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
- Note: During sale periods, festivals, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be
- extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This

delivery timeline starts from the date of order dispatch, not order placement.

Shipping Charges

Note: Free shipping offers cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly

Delivery Process
5.1 Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.
First Attempt: Delivery will be attempted during standard business hours
Second Attempt: If first attempt fails, a second attempt will be made within 24-48 hours
Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt will be made before the package is marked for
return
Note: You will receive notifications (SMS/call) before each delivery attempt.
5.2 Delivery Requirements
At the time of delivery, please ensure:
● Someone is available to receive the package
● Valid identification proof is available for verification
● The delivery address is easily accessible
● Contact number provided is reachable
Signature Required: A signature will be required upon delivery for order verification.
5.3 Failed Delivery
If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In this case:
● You will be notified via email and SMS
● You can request re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply)
● If you choose not to re-ship, a refund will be processed minus applicable charges

6.3 If You Notice Any Issues:
● Do not accept the delivery if the package is severely damaged or tampered with
● Take photographs of the package and product
● Contact us immediately at support@empirefashion.in within 48 hours
● We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Note: Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 48 hours of delivery
with photographic evidence.
7. Undelivered or Lost Packages
7.1 Package Tracking Shows Delivered
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check with family members or neighbors
Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, building reception
Contact your building management or security
Wait 24 hours in case of delayed update
Contact us at support@empirefashion.in with your order details
We will investigate with our shipping partner and provide resolution within 3-5 business
days.
7.2 Package Lost in Transit
If your package is lost during transit:
● We will file a claim with our shipping partner
● Investigation may take 7-10 business days
● Once confirmed lost, we will offer either:
○ Free re-shipment of the same product (subject to availability)
○ Full refund including shipping charges
8. Address Changes
8.1 Before Shipment
You can modify your delivery address before the order is shipped:

● Provide your order number and new complete address
● Address changes are subject to serviceability and may affect delivery timeline
8.2 After Shipment
Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible. However:

● Additional charges may apply for address changes after shipment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

As we currently ship only within India, no customs duties or international taxes apply. All
prices displayed on our website are final, inclusive of applicable GST.

Empire Fashion shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, storms)
● Pandemics or epidemics
