Once an order has been picked up by our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. - Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be
unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact to be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after
we receive and inspect the returned product. The actual time for the refund to reflect in

support@empirefashion.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will
